We work with professional voice users such as business people, sports coaches, teachers, daycare educators, performing artists, and clergy, to prevent and treat voice problems such as acute laryngitis, chronic hoarseness, vocal nodules, and polyps.

We work alongside dental health professionals to educate and treat clients about proper swallowing patterns, prior to or following dental and orthodontic treatment.

At SLF, we are committed to helping you speak with less effort and more confidence. We work with you to set realistic personal goals for therapy based on a number of factors, including your age, how long you have been living with stuttering, your attitude towards stuttering, and the different environmental demands for speech, and we choose from a variety of therapy approaches to help you achieve these goals. We also point you towards available public resources when appropriate.
We provide consultation and therapy to adults and their families dealing with communication difficulties due to hearing loss, head and neck cancer, stroke, and traumatic brain injury.

At SLF, we know how busy your schedule can be. That’s why we offer mobile speech and language services and webcam therapy sessions in addition to services at our clinic. Early morning, evening, and weekend appointments also available.
